If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Currently, we accept exchanges only for incorrect items received, unless otherwise stated all returns will be refunded to the primary card used or store credits.

  • Returns and exchanges are only applicable for orders made directly from Monétoir Official Webstore.
  • Only one-time return or exchange is allowed per order.
  • Any returns must be made within 7 calendar days from the date you received your order. Requests made after the time frame will not be accepted.
  • Any exchanges must be made within 3 calendar days from the date you received your order. Requests made after the time frame will not be accepted.
  • Kindly email to sales@monetoir.com with your order number/reference and any other relevant details required.
  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted after we have attended to your email. Once approved, the return address and other necessary actions to be taken will be provided to you.

 Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original Monétoir’s packaging, original transparent packaging (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact if any).
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

For returns or in the event of a defective item, please email to sales@monetoir.com with the following information:

  • Your Order Number/Reference.
  • Product Code/Name of defected item.
  • Reason for Return.
  • Clear photo or video of the defect(s)* if applicable.

*Defective items do not include the following:

  • Slight color differences due to different screen resolutions and studio/outdoor lighting.
  • Minor defects such as loose threads, dropping of buttons which can be sewn on easily.
  • Slight asymmetry of logos, prints or any sewn tags.
  • Slight misalignment of seams or inner lining.
  • Any wear and tear by incorrect garment care.
  • Or any reason similar in effect.

 Exchanges

For any exchanges, please email to sales@monetoir.com with the following information:

  • Include “Exchange” in your email subject/title.
  • Your Order Number/Reference.
  • Product Code/Name of item.
  • Reason for exchange.

Currently, we only accept exchanges for incorrect items received. In the unfortunate event that you received an item in the wrong design, size or color, kindly email to sales@monetoir.com within 3 calendar days from the date you received your item. Our team will not hesitate to help you with your exchange, and will reply to your email within 1-2 working days.

If your order design/size/color is out of stock or unavailable, a refund will be issued. We sincerely apologize to you if you are unable to get your hands on the desired piece and will work harder to make more imaginative designs for your future purchase.
